About Me

John and I have been married for 9 years and live in Katy, Texas in our first home. Johnny is seven years old now and is a blast to be around. Olivia is four and is a little busy bee. We had Drew in April and have loved having a baby in our home again. John works at his father's company, G&A Partners, and just received his MBA from the University of Texas. As for me, I'm playing mommy all day and just loving life!

Three Year Pictures

I try to be a good mom and get Johnny's pictures taken every year around his birthday and this year I think they turned out so cute so I had to show you all. His Papa John got him real Wranglers, a real cowboy hat and real boots for Christmas so we dressed him up and went to The Picture People. He was a total ham the entire time sticking his tongue out and showing us his booty but somehow the lady taking the pictures actually got some great shots. At the end, she asked me to sign a waiver to put the pictures up in the store, I was thinking just on the computer screens, but when I came back she had printed, mounted and framed one and put it up in the store! He's famous!

Two Weeks Old!

My little peanut is already two weeks old. They have been a great two weeks! My mom was here and was a HUGE help. Johnny has been so good. I think I prepared myself for the worst and he has been an angel. He is such a big helper and is very protective of his "baby livs". So far, soooo good!

Johnny will just sit and stare at Livy while she is sleeping. It's so cute. He'll bring her toys and lay them next to her. And then he asks if he can jump in the pack and play and sleep with her. Um...NO!

Livy's Room

Here are some pictures of Livy's room. I still need all the little things like a rug, a lamp and some more decorations, but I LOVE the bedding and the curtains! The pictures do not do them justice. The curtains and the bed skirt are lime green taffeta with dark pink embroidered polka dots. The inside of the bumper is pink, soft, yummy silk and you see the outside-so cute. Thanks mom and grandma! You da bomb! Enjoy.

Livy's First Bow

I finally broke out a cute outfit and a bow today for the party. I'm loving this girl stuff!

A Wild Animal Party!

My little guy is turning THREE so we threw him a party while Mimi (my mom) was in town. It was a total blast! He told me he wanted an animal party with lions, giraffes, elephants, tigers and hippos. We played pin the tail on the hippo, decorated candy bags, Mimi did some face painting, they listened to Grams Neese (John's mom, Denise) read his favorite book, Giraffes Can't Dance, ate pizza and cupcakes, and had a pinata! It was a great day and John and I are so grateful to our moms for helping us pull it off! Happy Birthday Johnny Boy! We sure love you!

Story Time! Gramma Neese even dressed up in her leopard print for the party!

Mmmmmm....pizza! See the cute animals on the garage? Mimi painted those!

More Livy

Our little Livy girl will be a week old tomorrow. She has been such a good girl, we just love her to pieces!

I just love this picture from the hospital. I think they put lip gloss on her!

Both of my babies have LOVED to lay on Mimi's chest.

Sweet baby love

I have to strip her naked to feed her or she'll sleep FOREVER. But she is so alert and fun to watch!
